Two modified 2 cubic inch displacement Von Ruden Rol-Seal motors are currently operating in a high on-off cycle application that has logged over 8.7 million complete cycles in less than 1.5 years with no down time from the motors.
Normal system operating pressures are 1800 to 2600 PSI. Each complete cycle of 0 to 515 RPM occurs within 1.8 seconds and dwell time between cycles is 0.325 seconds Standard hydraulic fluids are in use and normal operating temperatures are 140 to 155 degrees Fahrenheit.
